Megan Henderson, NP

Megan Henderson, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner with Intermountain Health Hospice – Denver in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. A native of Littleton, Colorado, Megan is dedicated to serving patients and families in the community she calls home.

Megan specializes in oncology, hematology, and palliative care. She values caring for patients with chronic illnesses because it allows her to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families. Megan believes in treating every patient with the same compassion and respect she would offer her own family, and she is committed to providing supportive, patient-centered care during some of the most vulnerable times in a person’s life.

Her compassionate approach and dedication to comfort-focused care help patients and families feel supported throughout their healthcare journey.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, traveling, and making memories with her family.
