Dr. Grinsell demonstrated fabulous bedside manner and was equally engaged with a 14 year old and his parents. His knowledge, patience, compassion, and determination were evident in ways that build our confidence and definitely gained our trust, despite mentally being prepared to be disappointed and frustrated by the arrogance and patronizing manner of a provider. This was our first appointment with nephrology and we look forward, rather than dread following up.
