Dr Mainord greeted me very nicely. He gave me the opportunity to fully share the details of how I was feeling and why I was there before he proceed to discuss options for treatment. He showed true empathy and compassion as I explain some complex medical problems I am having. I really like that he involved me in the discussion and how I felt about the treatment options and he made me feel like I was in control of medical decisions, which of course I am, but he made me very comfortable in discussing it. He is one of the very few doctors that I have fully trusted.

Careful and thoughtful care with patience and kindness. Great doctor. I wouldn’t want to have any other doctor taking care of me in my senior years, which takes a special doctor to deal with all those senior issues. It takes a-lot of patience, experience and reading between the lines to deal with senior patients. Very professional.
