Matias Calquin, MD

Matias Calquin, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician at Intermountain Health’s Vineyard Clinic in Vineyard, Utah. He supports patients in Vineyard, Orem, Pleasant Grove, and surrounding communities treating hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, thyroid disorders, allergies, acute illnesses (flu, strep, cold, COVID-19), and more.

As a physician, Dr. Calquin is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for patients of all ages. He values long-term relationships and takes a whole-person approach to health—focusing on prevention, wellness, and helping patients thrive at every stage of life.

Dr. Calquin earned his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed residency training in family medicine at the Utah Valley Family Medicine Residency. He enjoys caring for individuals and families across generations, with clinical interests that include chronic disease management, men's health, prenatal and pediatric care, and lifestyle medicine.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Calquin enjoys spending time with his wife and children, exploring Utah’s outdoors, and staying active through hiking and fitness. He is excited to serve the growing Vineyard community and looks forward to building lasting connections with his patients.
