His athletic optimization practice includes bike fitting and sports performance biomechanics.

Dr. Testa has worked with professional cycling in 28 Tour de France races, 15 Cycling World Championships, and a variety of high-level international sporting events. He has coached cyclists for 30 years, helping them win two gold medals, multiple world titles, and many World Tour races. He is also a sports performance author and personally enjoys cycling and Nordic Skiing.
