About The Provider

Dr. De Groote has been actively engaged in the clinical care of patients with Infectious Diseases for more than 20 years. She holds an Assistant Professor position at Colorado State University where her main research interests are the discovery of new antibiotics with activity against the nontuberculous mycobacteria and the discovery of novel diagnostic and prognostic tests for tuberculosis.

She also enjoys hiking, skiing and biking. The usual stuff for a Colorado gal!
