Marvin Najjar, MD

Marvin Najjar, MD, is a dedicated OB/GYN in Las Vegas, committed to delivering compassionate, up-to-date care in all areas of women’s health. His clinical interests include minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, with expertise in robotic-assisted hysterectomy, myomectomy, ovarian cystectomy, sterilization procedures, endometrial ablation, and hysteroscopy. He also specializes in the management of abnormal uterine bleeding, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), as well as comprehensive prenatal care and labor and delivery.

Patients value Dr. Najjar for his thoughtful, patient-focused approach. He takes time to listen, thoroughly evaluate, and create individualized care plans based on the latest medical evidence. His goal is to ensure that every patient feels heard, respected, and supported at every stage of life.

A Michigan native, Dr. Najjar earned his undergraduate degree from Wayne State University in Detroit and his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica. He completed his OB/GYN residency at Wayne State University, where he served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Najjar is passionate about the unique continuity of care in obstetrics and gynecology—forming long-term relationships with patients and supporting them through milestones from adolescence to menopause and beyond.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Najjar is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys staying active, exploring new cuisines, and traveling with his wife and two children. He especially loves spending quality time with family—often around the barbecue.
