Marvin Allen, MD

Marvin "Marv" Allen, MD, is a cardiologist at Utah Valley Cardiology in Provo, Utah. He practices by a simple principle: "The needs of the patient come first." He most enjoys visits where he can educate his patients, talk through the available options, and work together to build a plan of care tailored to each individual.

His clinical interests include cardiac imaging and general cardiac care. Experienced, well trained, and caring, Dr. Allen brings that approach to every patient he sees.

Dr. Allen earned a bachelor's degree in zoology from Brigham Young University and his Doctor of Medicine degree from Georgetown University. He completed his training at the Mayo Clinic and is board certified in cardiology.

Originally from Hacienda Heights, California, Dr. Allen enjoys sports, boating, and spending time with his family outside of work.
