Why stop the ratings at "very good." Why not include "Excellent" or even "Outstanding"? The latter being my rating as I literally trust Dr. Pulsifer with my life. He's attentive, thorough, and genuinely concerned about my well-being.

He spent about half an hour with us, provided thorough information, answered all our questions, discussed all preventative measures
