About The Provider
Originally from Missoula, Montana, Dr. Garnaas is committed to providing excellent care to the women of Butte and the surrounding communities. Dr. Garnaas attended Stanford University for his undergraduate studies. He earned his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine after which, he completed an ob-gyn residency there as well. Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Garnaas has been in practice for more than three decades. His clinical interests include general women’s health, pelvic prolapse and abnormal bleeding.
“I am passionate about making sure women get the most up-to-date care with dignity and respect. My patients should never feel rushed and should expect to be well informed at the end of their visits with me.”
When not seeing patients, Dr. Garnaas enjoys spending time with his family hiking, skiing, biking and traveling.
