I came for a diagnosis for my fever, cough & respiratory symptoms. Dr. Pryshlak told me after my strep throat & flu tests came back negative that I had a virus and it was going around. He asked me if I had trouble hearing out of my right ear and then told me I had wax in it, however, didn't offer a method to remove it. I was a little foggy headed due to illness, so I didn't ask. We both were wearing face masks, and I was coughing so I found it a bit difficult to communicate. He seemed oblivious to all of this.
