Marisa R. Vargas, PT

I am a Southern California native and earned an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University in Tallahassee and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of California State Long Beach. I enjoy treating patients across the lifespan with varying diagnoses using my skills in functional dry needling, manual techniques (McKenzie/Mulligan), and exercise prescription. I am passionate about using my skills to help patients achieve their goals while listening to their concerns.

I strive to work with patients to create a treatment plan to restore their functional mobility, allowing them to return to life, carry out daily activities, and resume recreational hobbies.

In my free time, I spend time with my dog, hiking, camping, traveling, and attending sporting events and concerts.
