Dr. Hoffman was rude and insensitive. She treated us like we were just there taking up space in her day. As a mom who has gone through a great deal in this pregnancy alone, she had no compassion or sympathy. She came back to the room as I was crying and the only thing she said was “what are you waiting for.” None of my questions were answered thoroughly. No options were given to meet us in the middle. She stared at me blankly every time I tried to ask a question as if I was a he stupidest person to exist. She should not be in the field working with sensitive mothers with high risk pregnancies.

She is made to do this job, has so much care for the parents and instills hope while be realistic about risks. Very available for questions and you never feel rushed or a burden, she is great.
