Marguerite "Rita" Stevens

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University and subsequently spent three years at Hilltop Rehabilitation Center, where I served as the head of the Occupational Therapy Department. In this role, I also taught preschool for children with developmental delays. After taking a few years off to raise my family (two sons and a daughter, who are now grown and have blessed me with five grandchildren), I joined St. Mary's Hospital. Over my 40-year tenure at St. Mary's, I have worked in various departments, primarily focusing on Neuro and ICE. For the past 25 years, I have specialized in Cancer Rehabilitation and Lymphedema, a passion that was initially sparked by my own experience as a cancer patient at St. Mary's.
