Margot Porter, MD

Margot Porter, MD, is a pediatrician at Intermountain Health's Saratoga Springs Clinic in Saratoga Springs, Utah. She believes children are joy, and that it is a privilege to partner with caregivers to support the health, development, and wellbeing of each child.

She enjoys any moment that creates connection with patients, caregivers, and the community. The ability to serve children and their families through both everyday concerns and unexpected challenges is what she loves about primary care. Her clinical interests include chronic illness management, social determinants of health, mental wellbeing, health equity, and newborn care. Dr. Porter believes the best care comes from combining evidence-based medicine with an understanding of the social and environmental factors that shape each child's health.

Originally from Provo, Utah, Dr. Porter enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and reading.
