About Mandi Lew
About The Provider
Mandi Lew is a CNM at Intermountain Health’s Layton Parkway Clinic. She supports patients in Layton, Kaysville, Farmington, and surrounding communities, specializing in gynecology, contraceptives, prenatal care, labor and birth, postpartum care, perinatal mental health, and trauma-informed care. She strives to offer current evidence-based care and believes that through that education, women can make the best decisions for themselves and their families.
As a midwife, Mandi believes her role is to accompany her patients through puberty, pregnancy, childbirth, "the mom years," and menopause. She views the title of midwife by its old English meaning, which means to be "with women." Midwifery is as old as Biblical times, but the one thing that has stayed tried and true is the philosophy of being "with women."
Mandi is certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). She completed her Doctor of Nursing degree at Frontier Nursing University, where her capstone project was Postpartum Hemorrhage: Improving Safety in a Rural Obstetrics Unit Through the Implementation of a Risk Assessment Tool and Simulation-Based Training.
Mandi is a wife and mother to two teens and three doodles. She loves to read, travel, work, and spend time with her family.
