About The Provider
Madison received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in Fairhope, AL. After completing her nursing degree, she worked in an intensive care unit treating critically ill neurologic, surgical, and cardiac patients. She went on to work as a travel nurse and relocated to Denver, CO, where she spent most of her travel career working in the ICU at Lutheran Medical Center. Working in the ICU compelled Madison to return to school and earn a Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama. Board-certified, she addresses all psychological, physical, and social aspects of her patients’ health.
“As a family nurse practitioner, I believe my priority is to provide compassionate, empathetic, and quality healthcare to patients of all ages. I am a sympathetic listener whose goal is for my patients to feel heard and valued. I am eager to join Intermountain Health’s mission of helping people live the healthiest lives possible.”
Family-oriented, Madison’s extended family lives within 5 minutes of one another in New Orleans. She enjoys attending church, skiing, hiking, swimming, and eating lots of seafood!

She doesn't seem to be concerned with older patients. Gave off an attitude of, your old, deal with it. I think she needs to see peds or under 40 yrs.

Excellent Dr.

I would appreciate a more collaborative approach to care, one that respects patient input and explores options rather than defaulting to standard protocols. It’s important that providers follow through on promised referrals or urgent contacts. Feeling ignored or second-guessed adds stress, especially when dealing with ongoing health concerns.
