Madison (Mack) M. Golden, PT

Madison “Mack” Golden is a physical therapist specializing in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation at Intermountain Health's Avenues Specialty Clinic in Salt Lake City, Utah. With more than six years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy, he is dedicated to helping patients recover from injury, improve function, and return to the activities they enjoy.

Mack treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including injuries and disorders affecting the knee, shoulder, hip, foot and ankle, and spine. He enjoys evaluating each patient's unique needs and uses an evidence-based approach to develop personalized treatment plans designed to achieve the best possible outcomes.

He earned his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina in 2014 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2017.

Outside the clinic, Mack enjoys hiking, mountain biking, camping, snowboarding, and fly fishing. His active lifestyle helps inform his passion for helping patients safely return to the sports, recreation, and everyday activities they love.
