Madeleine Foutz, PT

As a physical therapist with Rocky Mountain Orthopedics - Physical Therapy, Madeleine “Maddi” Foutz, PT, is passionate about helping people achieve more than they ever thought possible. With clinical interests in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, including post-surgical recovery, she is dedicated to helping patients regain confidence in their movement and return to the activities they love.

Maddi's mission is to restore functional independence and bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance. She takes an individualized approach to care, focusing on functional movement patterns and evidence-based treatment strategies that meet each patient where they are in their recovery journey. Whether someone is returning to everyday activities, recreational exercise, or competitive athletics, Maddi is committed to providing the support, guidance, and expertise needed to help them reach their goals.

She believes successful rehabilitation goes beyond recovering from an injury. By empowering patients to build strength, confidence, and resilience, Maddi helps them regain physical freedom and return to a higher level of function. She values partnering with patients throughout their rehabilitation and takes pride in creating personalized treatment plans that reflect each individual's unique needs, goals, and lifestyle.

A Colorado native, Maddi has a deep appreciation for the power of movement and its positive impact on overall well-being. As an internationally competitive CrossFit athlete, she understands firsthand the dedication required to perform at a high level and recover from physical challenges. Outside the clinic, she enjoys staying active, spending time with her partner and their dog, and seeking out new adventures together throughout Colorado and beyond.
