Luke Conlon, MD

Luke Conlon, MD, is a board-certified nephrologist at St. George Kidney Services Clinic, specializing in diagnosing and managing complex kidney disorders. His clinical interests include acute kidney injury, glomerular diseases, chronic kidney disease, and electrolyte disorders.

Dr. Conlon is particularly passionate about caring for patients with complex kidney disease, especially those with acute kidney injury and glomerular diseases. He enjoys the challenge of integrating clinical history, laboratory findings, imaging, and other diagnostic information to understand the full clinical picture and develop an individualized treatment plan for each patient.

He believes that effective care begins with listening. Dr. Conlon takes the time to understand his patients’ concerns, explain their conditions clearly, and collaborate to create treatment plans that align with their goals and lifestyles. He strives to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care while getting to know each patient as an individual. Recognizing that kidney disease can be complex and overwhelming, he is committed to making medical information as understandable and manageable as possible.

Outside of work, Dr. Conlon enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. He is an enthusiastic trail runner, hiker, and skier, and he also enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
