Logan S. Fraker, LCSW

Logan Fraker is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. As part of a collaborative primary care team, Logan offers therapy services that support the emotional and psychological well-being of patients of all ages.

Logan specializes in treating anxiety, depression, addiction, stress-related concerns, grief, and life transitions. He believes in a holistic, person-centered approach, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to help individuals achieve meaningful change.

Outside of work, Logan enjoys running, skiing, choral performance, and attending live music events.
