Lisa Shelton

I have 34 years of experience treating adult patients with head and neck cancer, swallowing difficulties, neurological illnesses and injuries, as well as language and cognitive disorders. I received my education at Truman State University and Southern Illinois University. I am currently working as a Speech Language Pathologist with a focus on treating patients undergoing head and neck cancer treatment. I believe in a patient-focused approach, always including the patient, their family, and loved ones in treatment planning, therapy, and home carryover. I strive to provide a caring, encouraging environment to promote healing. I am passionate about helping people return to work, to life, and to living.
