Lindsay Thomas, NP

Lindsay Thomas, MSN, is a nurse practitioner specializing in women's health at Intermountain Health's Southridge Clinic OB/GYN in Riverton, Utah. She enjoys caring for women through every stage of life, from helping someone understand her first period to navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum changes, and menopause. She finds that each stage brings its own questions, challenges, and opportunities to help.

Her clinical interests include menstrual health education, fertility and pregnancy planning, contraceptive care, and postpartum mental health. She treats painful or irregular periods, abnormal uterine bleeding, polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS, formerly PCOS), vaginal infections and concerns, and postpartum depression and anxiety.

Lindsay believes every patient should feel heard, understood, and comfortable asking questions, even the awkward ones, and confident that their concerns will be taken seriously. She sees good care as collaborative, so she takes the time to explain the "why," discuss the available options, and build a plan together that fits each woman's life. Her goal is to provide honest education and partner with patients to make decisions that feel right for them.

Lindsay grew up in Anaheim, California, and moved to Utah shortly after high school. Utah has been home ever since, though she says she'll always have a little Southern California in her. She is married with three kids, so life stays busy. Outside of work, she loves planning trips, going to Mammoth games, having people over, and the thrill of a great thrift find, and she admits to a habit of picking up new hobbies she doesn't have time for.
