Lillian Kyllonen, PA, is a WorkMed employee with Intermountain Health, specializing in occupational medicine at Intermountain Salt Lake WorkMed. Intermountain WorkMed clinics provide industrial injury care, drug testing, and employment-related physicals. As a preferred provider for Workers Comp Fund, we provide quality occupational health services while helping companies reduce workers’ compensation costs and lost productivity and comply with all federal, state, local, OSHA, DOT, ADA, and Utah Labor Commission guidelines.

Lillian’s clinical interests include early intervention in workplace injuries, musculoskeletal medicine, and collaborative return-to-work planning that prioritizes both patient well-being and employer communication. She enjoys evaluating and managing musculoskeletal injuries, such as sprains, strains, and overuse injuries. These cases allow her to apply hands-on clinical skills while educating patients and developing individualized recovery plans. She finds it rewarding to help patients understand their injury, initiate appropriate treatment early, and support them through a safe and timely return to work.

Outside the clinic, the San Jose, California native enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs. She’s passionate about snowboarding and likes trying new foods — she’s always up for a good restaurant recommendation.
