I really appreciated the way that Les listened to me as I described my health history and concerns about my situation. He took the time to explain my condition to me in a way that was straightforward and easy to understand. I felt he could relate to me which made it easy to talk to him. He came across as being very knowledgable about the issues I was dealing with, without sounding arrogant. It made it easy for me to trust him and his advice.
