Lauren M. McCreath, NP

Lauren McCreath is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in heart failure and transplantation cardiology at Intermountain Health’s Heart Institute Heart and Lung Specialty Clinic in Murray, Utah. She supports patients throughout the Salt Lake Valley treating advanced heart failure, cardiomyopathy, and supporting teams in cardiac transplantation.

Lauren earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Utah in 2024, with a focus on Adult/Gerontology Acute Care. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in Adult Gerontology and Acute Care and is excited to be joining the Intermountain team to use these skills to help patients live their healthiest lives possible.
