Lauren J. Ziaks, DPT

Lauren Ziaks, DPT, is a Board‑Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy with advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation at Intermountain Health’s Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation – Park City Physical Therapy in Park City, Utah. She supports patients in Park City, Kamas, Heber City, and surrounding communities treating concussion, dysautonomia, long‑COVID, and complex neurologic conditions. Her clinical focus includes autonomic disorders, vision and vestibular rehabilitation, chronic headaches, dizziness and balance issues, exercise intolerance, and post‑head‑trauma symptoms that can affect daily activities, school, and work.

Since 2015, she has been actively involved in developing and publishing evidence‑based treatment strategies for these conditions, with her work shared through peer‑reviewed publications, conference presentations, and national workshops.

Lauren began her career working with professional and collegiate athletes, including NCAA football and the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Association. After experiencing a head injury and chronic illness herself, she transitioned into neurologic physical therapy, where helping patients with similar challenges became her passion. She is deeply committed to providing clear guidance, individualized care, and practical treatment plans that empower patients to regain function and return to the activities they love.

In addition to her clinical work, Lauren enjoys teaching, mentoring fellow clinicians, and educating both patients and professionals to improve care for individuals with complex neurological and chronic health conditions.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, camping, hiking, skiing, and traveling. Though she grew up on the East Coast, Utah has been home since 2012.
