She has excellent bedside manner and really good energy as a person. She explains things in a calm and less scary way. I always felt like I was in good hands with her.

Patient treatment is crucial, especially in gynecology. During my visit, I felt like just another number. My doctor didn't recall my previous visits and asked questions that should have been clear from my medical history. For instance, she didn’t know how long I’ve had my IUD. This lack of familiarity made me feel unseen and increased my anxiety about the procedure. I believe there should be a comprehensive report of my medical journey. I felt like: “we are done here, take your time” “see you in 2 months” after a invasive procedure that hurts hell.

I also appreciate that Dr. Wells is up to date and very knowledgeable about perimenopause and menopause care. My experience on the past has not found this to be the care.
