Lauren A Agajanian, NP

Lauren Ajajanian is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in neurology, where she brings a deep passion for both the evolving science of brain health and the human side of healing. Based in Grand Junction, CO, she cares for patients across the full spectrum of neurological conditions, with a special interest in emerging treatments that continue to expand what's possible in patient care.

Lauren believes that good medicine is a marriage of cutting-edge science and the art of healing. She views the provider–patient relationship as a true partnership—where listening, education, and shared decision-making are essential. Her role is to support patients and their families by clearly explaining diagnoses, presenting the most current evidence-based treatment options, and offering holistic, individualized care tailored to each person’s unique journey.

A proud Colorado native, Lauren embraces adventure in all its forms. Outside of work, she loves exploring the outdoors, meeting new people, and traveling near and far.
