Laura N. Milles, PA

Meet Laura Milles, PA-C, a pediatric heart transplant physician assistant at Intermountain Health's Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is dedicated to caring for pediatric patients and their families and passionate about pediatric cardiac care. Laura understands that navigating heart failure and transplantation can feel overwhelming, and wants her patients and their families to know that she is someone who will listen, care, and advocate for them every step of the way.

As a provider, Laura believes every child and family brings a unique story. Her goal is to listen first, build trust, and provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps patients and families feel informed, supported, and never alone. Above all, Laura is committed to helping families feel supported and empowered while providing thoughtful, compassionate care.

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Laura credits her hometown with shaping her appreciation for community, family, and the importance of caring for others. Outside of work, you'll most likely find her enjoying the outdoors with her husband and their Golden Retriever, Harvey. Together they love hiking, camping, fishing, and skiing—and Laura is always happiest when she's outside exploring and enjoying an adventure.
