Laura Tranchini: excellent in LISTENING and explaining the diagnostic plan. She had excellent communication. I was advised to schedule an Ultrasound, which I did right after the visit. I had the U/S the next day 6/13. Laura called to check on me with results.I will be call Mon to schedule surgery. Excellent all around!
