Laney Wallace, NP

Laney Wallace is a neonatal nurse practitioner at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah and Lehi, Utah, supporting newborns and their family already admitted into the hospital. She is passionate about caring for newborns and their families during some of the most important moments of their lives and values learning from each patient. Laney feels grateful for the opportunity to support families as their babies grow stronger.

Laney's philosophy of care is centered on compassion, curiosity, and partnership. She believes in listening carefully, staying present with families, and continually growing as a clinician so she can offer the best care possible. She is dedicated to creating an environment where parents feel informed, supported, and empowered in their baby’s care.

Originally from Mississippi, Laney enjoys finding balance outside of work through reading, traveling, experimenting with sourdough baking, and spending time with her family.
