About The Provider
Laila Gerace, DPT, is a neurologic physical therapist at Intermountain Health's TOSH Campus Neuro Physical Therapy in Murray, Utah. She specializes in the treatment of stroke, Parkinson's disease, and other neurologic conditions. She is certified in High-Intensity Gait Training and is a PWR! Moves Certified Therapist, an evidence-based program designed to help individuals with Parkinson's disease improve mobility and quality of life.
Laila's passion for physical therapy began after experiencing a serious knee injury that required surgery. Through her own rehabilitation journey, she discovered the life-changing impact of physical therapy and was inspired to pursue a career helping others regain function and independence. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Utah and is dedicated to helping patients achieve their goals and live life to the fullest.
Laila takes a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care and finds great fulfillment in helping individuals improve mobility, build confidence, and maximize their independence. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in Utah's mountains, where she can often be found rock climbing, downhill skiing, trail running, or biking.
