Kylie Fackrell, PA

Kylie Fackrell was born and raised in Santa Clara, Utah, where she attended Snow Canyon High School. She then went to Southern Utah University, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. During college, she developed a love for the medical field while working in the operating room and as a family medicine medical assistant. She was accepted to Rocky Mountain University of Health Sciences in Provo, Utah, where she received her degree in Physician Assistant Studies and a Master of Science and became a mother. Kylie loves southern Utah and grew up participating in soccer, softball, basketball, and track. She loves to garden and go camping with her family. She met her husband, David, while at Southern Utah University, and they now have four children. She loves that her career at Desert Pain has allowed her to provide quality care to the community she grew up in.
