Kyle Blake Fordham, MD

Kyle Fordham, MD, is a hospitalist at Intermountain Health’s Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah. He supports patients already admitted to the hospital dedicated to providing thoughtful, compassionate care to patients during some of their most critical moments.

Dr. Fordham believes that excellence in medicine begins with listening. He is committed to respecting each patient's values, maintaining clinical curiosity, and approaching every case with humility. He is especially drawn to managing medically complex, acutely ill patients with multiple comorbidities — particularly those requiring diagnostic reasoning and coordination across specialties.

His clinical interests include inpatient hospital medicine, diagnostic reasoning, and improving hospital systems through evidence-based, patient-centered practices. Dr. Fordham is committed to clear communication and honest, informed discussions. He wants every patient to understand not just what's happening but why — and to feel confident that someone is paying close attention, because he is.

Originally from Pleasant Grove, Utah, Dr. Fordham spends most of his time outside of work outdoors with his wife, kids, and their two dogs. He enjoys golfing, music, and traveling to new places.
