Kristen D. Wright, NP

Kristen Wright, DNP, is a women’s health provider at Intermountain Health's Spanish Fork Clinic in Spanish Fork, Utah. She supports patients in Spanish Fork, Mapleton, Springville, and surrounding communities. Her clinical interests include hormone health, perimenopause and menopause care, preventive health and education, lifestyle medicine, and obstetric care. She brings both advanced clinical training and real‑life perspective to the care she provides. Growing up as the middle child in a family of 13 shaped her values of acceptance, respect, compassion, and effective communication—qualities she carries into every patient interaction. Dr. Wright believes that meaningful, lasting health changes are achieved through teamwork and individualized care.

As a provider, she is passionate about redefining menopause and midlife care—an area of medicine that has historically been underserved. She is committed to supporting women through every stage of life so they can feel healthy, strong, informed, and confident, knowing that when women thrive, families and communities do as well.

Dr. Wright believes in partnering with patients through education, shared decision‑making, and evidence‑based care. Her approach is rooted in compassion, respect, and clinical expertise, creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard, informed, and empowered to make confident decisions about their health. She values collaboration and works closely with each patient to develop personalized care plans that support both immediate concerns and long‑term well‑being.

Originally from the downriver Detroit area in Michigan, Dr. Wright enjoys staying active outdoors, engaging in fitness activities, reading and lifelong learning, and traveling. Outside of work, she participates in public speaking and educational events, organizes community activities, experiments with healthy recipes, spends time with family, and remains active within her religious community.
