She didn't explain the new inhaler on how to utilize it. She put notes on file that were not talked about at all. I found this when I looked over the appt notes and sent a message to her. The samples proved of the new inhaler, do not last a month as stated ( only 3wks) would not have enough until next appt. Had to mention this in my response to her as well. Her MA responded to me that she stated the notes would be updated and an Rx would be provided. It just seemed that the appt was being rushed to me. I was having an emotional breakdown and it really didn't feel like she truly cared. At least not to me. She is a good doctor, it may have just been a bad day on her side.

I’ve been working on this with varying health professionals for four years and within a few months, she reduced it and said we need to go do this and they found out that. Yeah my lungs are a mess but now we know what’s causing it and now we can work on a true implant she is such an outstanding Staff. I wish you would allow her to come up to hear Logan Utah where I’m from there are a ton of people who could really benefit from our care.

She listened and asked pertinent questions about my health. Took time to get to know me.
