This was the first time I have met Kimberly Herrera, so I don't know if she was just having a bad day or maybe she was in a bad mood because she had to work on a holiday, but she appeared to be irritated or bothered by me being there. I spoke very little and tried to make the appointment as quick as possible to get out of there to avoid more irritation.
