This is the fist person in the medical field to listen, take me seriously and get things DONE. I don’t feel invalidated, but I also don’t feel scared. She’s clear, concise and gets straight to the point without scaring the patient when giving tests. I can tell she cares about covering every base, which is what someone in her profession should always do! As I said, my experience today was not the usual one. In the past Dr Higgins was attentive and concerned. Today she was in a hurry and rushed through everything.
