When the appointment was over, the doctor “excused” me from the room as he was working at the computer and hardly glanced in my direction as he told me I can go. There was no, “have a good day” or “nice to see you” or anything

He is knowledgeable and very friendly. He tells what he is doing and gives options if you want to do something else. He is all in either his job.

Even though my procedure was very routine (froze off some growths on my face), I was a bit disappointed that I wasn't not told about how to take care of the wounds on my face. As I left, I asked if there was anything I needed to do, and he said, "No." I came home a bit concerned and googled for how to take care of the blisters freezing causes, and I found some information that I hoped was correct. Previously, I have gone to U fo U Dermatology, and they always gave me a 1/2 page summary of how to care for the after-effects of the procedure done that day. It was very helpful to have a paper so I could refer to it when I wasn't feeling the "in-office pressure/stress" of the appointment. Basically, it was a good experience, but I wish I would have been given more after-care information.

I appreciate his attention and shared concern. Does an excellent job. Thank you.
