I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who has been practicing counseling and psychotherapy since 2005. I work at Intermountain Health's Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation - St. George, supporting patients in St. George and surrounding communities. I treat people of all ages in coping with a range of physical, mental, and emotional health issues. I love to help others discover meaning, joy, and growth from life-shaping challenges.

I have primarily focused my counseling on individuals navigating health and aging challenges. Through my work, I have come to appreciate that no one is immune to these life transitions and that there is an opportunity to uncover deeply meaningful insights within them. I understand that while physical health issues do not inevitably lead to mental or emotional health struggles, they can increase the likelihood. My approach emphasizes support, resilience, and finding purpose amid change.

I grew up in the cold and snow of the Wasatch Mountains but have since fallen in love with the warmth and sunshine of southern Utah's desert. The weather suits me well for golfing and hiking with my wife and our four children. We have come to call St. George home and feel rooted among the beautiful red rocks.
