Kevin L. Mangum, DO

Dr. Kevin Mangum, D.O. was born and raised in southern Utah with his three siblings. He received an Associate of Art degree in Accounting from Dixie State University, and then transferred to the University of Utah, where he finished his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. He went to medical school at A.T. Still University – School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona and then completed his family medicine residency at Creighton University School of Medicine Phoenix Arizona Family Medicine Program. He then completed his primary care sports medicine fellowship at the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho and Idaho Sports Medicine Institute. During his fellowship, he was a team physician for local club sport athletes, high school athletes and the division one athletes at Boise State University. Dr. Mangum enjoys treating patients of all ages, for all different types of conditions. Dr. Mangum can treat general medical problems and all sports and orthopedics conditions.
