There were no introductions from Dr West or the other person he brought in with him. He gave me a diagnosis but no long term care for my injury.

He went out of the room very quickly after he explained, and I thought he was coming back cause I had questions I wanted to ask… But then the nurse came in and said that they would call me to set up the appointment and so I guess we were done… And we caught him in the hall to ask him one of the questions but I still had more questions.

Dr West was very kind, very down to earth and east to talk to. Genuinely concerned about aspects of surgery and recovery. I hope I never need his services again, but would want him in the OR if I did.

Dr. West listened to me. I knew something was wrong, that wasn’t shown on MRI. He was surprised to find my anomaly, and resolved my issue.
