Keven V. Kailey, RD

Keven Kailey, RD, is a registered dietitian at Downtown Clinic – Weight Management in Billings and a proud native of Billings. His clinical interests include weight management, gastrointestinal health, motivational interviewing, and sports and recovery nutrition. Keven is passionate about helping patients create sustainable nutrition plans tailored to their individual goals—plans that can adapt to life’s challenges without sacrificing progress or results.

He believes that nutrition is about both knowledge and confidence—whether it’s understanding which nutrients help you feel your best or navigating the constantly changing food landscape. Keven enjoys working with his patients every step of the way, creating an open, supportive environment where they feel empowered in their food choices. His approach focuses on adding nourishing foods to the diet rather than emphasizing restriction, helping patients develop lasting habits and a positive relationship with food.

Outside of work, Keven enjoys exercising at the gym, trail running in the outdoors, watching movies with his wife, exploring a wide variety of foods, and reading to his daughter.
