Kendal L. Bjella, RD

Kendal Bjella is a Registered Dietitian at Intermountain Medical Center Nutrition in Murray, Utah, who has been helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals since 2013. She specializes in weight management, food allergies, sports nutrition, and cardiovascular health, providing personalized nutrition guidance to support long-term success.

Kendal earned her undergraduate degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, and her Master of Science in Nutrition Education from California State University, Chico. She also holds a Certificate of Training in Food Allergies, allowing her to provide specialized support for individuals managing food-related conditions.

Kendal is passionate about helping patients develop practical, sustainable nutrition habits that fit their lifestyles and improve their overall well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, fly fishing, reading, and camping.
