Kelsi Gei, RD, is a registered dietitian at Downtown Clinic – Weight Management in Billings, specializing in cardiovascular health, prediabetes, and general weight management. She has a particular passion for working with individuals managing hyperlipidemia, coronary artery disease, or a family history of heart disease. Kelsi is dedicated to helping patients improve their heart health through personalized nutrition and sustainable lifestyle changes—knowing that these improvements often positively impact many other chronic conditions along the way.

Kelsi believes in creating a supportive, judgment-free environment where patients can build a healthier relationship with food.
