About The Provider
Kelly Scott-Kitzman, NP, is a Colorado native who provides family medicine services in the Denver metro area. Her clinical interests include pediatrics, women’s health, orthopedics and sports medicine, migraine management, and preventive care. Kelly values family practice for the opportunity to care for patients across all stages of life, from childhood through adulthood. She especially enjoys working with families, as it allows her to build long-term relationships and support patients’ health through continuity of care.
“I am passionate about patient and family-centered care, and I believe collaboration is the cornerstone of a successful patient-provider relationship. My goal is to empower patients to take an active role in their health and wellness journey.”
Kelly looks forward to partnering with patients on their wellness journeys, offering guidance, education, and encouragement as they work toward their individual health goals.
Outside of work, she is the mom of two very active boys, and her weekends are often spent at the baseball or football field. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, hiking, and exploring any thrift store she happens to find.

The nurse practitioner I saw truly listened to me and gave me hope that I’ll be okay—that I don’t have to keep suffering through what I’ve been experiencing. For the first time in three years, I feel like someone genuinely cares about my health and is willing to work with me to understand what’s going on.

She was dismissive and incomplete. She didn’t ask about my past care, my medical history, or about me as a person. Not sure how you can “diagnose” or “label” anything from a brief meeting in the same room where I just talked.
