Keeley J. Mendenhall, LCSW

Keeley Mendenhall, LCSW, is a social worker at Intermountain Health's Primary Children's Behavioral Health in Taylorsville, Utah. Keeley has spent more than 16 years helping children, teens, and families heal from trauma and navigate mental health challenges. Using evidence-based therapies, she takes a collaborative approach with every client, working alongside them to build the life they want. She earned her bachelor's degree in social work from Utah State University and her Master of Social Work from Portland State University.

Outside of the office, Keeley stays busy driving her kids to their many activities, traveling when she can, and hiking with her husband and dogs.
