I understand delays happen quite a bit in healthcare. Since I'm a new patient, building rapport with my healthcare provider is important during the initial visit. Dr. Rowles was very nice and seems knowledgeable, it just felt like a rushed conversation and it's difficult to remember a lot of what was discussed. I hope after some follow-up appointments that more of my questions can be answered and a more tailored approach to my future care can be established.
