Kaye Marie Smith, NP

Marie Smith is a nurse practitioner specializing in OB/GYN at Intermountain Health’s Budge Clinic – OB/GYN. She supports patients in Cache Valley, Rich County, Box Elder County, and surrounding communities, providing care for pelvic pain, mental health management, perimenopause, menopause, IUD insertions, Nexplanon insertions, and more.
